Manila Water Philippine Ventures is seeking a finance professional to perform hands-on processing, review, and quality checks for Project Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting in line with policy direction. This role spans ongoing CAPEX projects and completed assets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Responsibilities include month-end close for CAPEX and fixed assets, audit support, and ensuring compliance with BU SLAs. SAP S/4HANA expertise and IFRS/PFRS CAPEX knowledge are highly valued.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Perform hands‑on processing, review, and quality checks for Project Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting for BUs, aligned with policies and direction set by the Section Head, covering Project Accounting (ongoing projects) and Fixed Asset Accounting (completed assets/projects).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely and accurate operational processing and quality assurance of CAPEX Accounting and Control deliverables for BUs
Complete and compliant CAPEX and asset accounting documentation packs
Sustained compliance with BU SLAs through efficient and accurate execution of S/4HANA and related platform transactions
Audit support packs and timely responses to audit requests
Accurate and timely month‑end close deliverables for CAPEX and fixed assets
Validated CAPEX budget/reforecast/projection schedules
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Business Course. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is an advantage. CPA license is an edge.
4+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years of experience in and hands‑on knowledge of project accounting and fixed asset accounting. Experience supporting multi‑entity/shared services operations and governance is a plus.
High proficiency on PFRS and IFRS – CAPEX‑related standards.
Experience supporting process improvements/automation and strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms preferred.
