Responsibilities

• In charge of building operation (HVAC).
• Monitor and analyze Building Management System (BMS) for changes outside of the normal operating parameters; make appropriate adjustment that complies with the Setpoints.
• Log and distribute information as required to relevant Person/Organization.
• Planning and Decision making.
• Provide technical support to onsite personnel with regards to building operation.
• Preparation and implementation of Equipment Schedules for Events, Functions, Holidays etc.
• Fault Detection via Watch routines.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. (ECE, CE, IT)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in Building Management System (BMS) is preferred but not required.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
• Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City - near Boni Ave / Shaw Blvd / Estancia
