Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Firewall Specialist for a hybrid role (2x WFH & 3x RTO) in Manila. You will handle firewall migrations, policy configurations, and secure deployments while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth network delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. You should be proficient with Fortigate, ASA and Cisco devices, with basic SD-WAN knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have knowledge of firewall technologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills required.
• Certifications in Networking technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Migrate firewall applications using established methodologies.
• Configure firewall policies and deployments.
• Coordinate network delivery projects through firewall environments.
• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned network delivery tasks.
• Liaise with vendors and bank personnel to ensure delivery and compliance.
• Document processes and handover to operations team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Firewall application migration methodology and execution
• Configuring Firewall policies and deployments
• Project experience preferably in migration Network infrastructure and application flow through firewalled environment
• Planning, coordination and execution of assigned network delivery project
• Perform coordination with internal/external vendor, internal bank personnel and other stakeholder for matter relating to network delivery
• Ensure compliance on work carried out against the bank standard, process and control
• Perform documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to operation team
