Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department in Hermosa, Bataan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in accounting, with knowledge of PEZA and BIR compliance being an advantage. This role requires onsite work and offers a salary range of Php30,000 to Php40,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field required.
• At least 1 year of Supervisory experience in Accounting processes.
• Experience in PEZA and BIR is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department.
• Monitor compliance reports with BIR, PSA, Insurance Commission, and PEZA requirements.
• Prepare financial reports including business activity reports and annual budgets.
• Supervise daily accounting functions and payroll entries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities and overall operations of the Finance Department
• Monitor compliance reports and ensure adherence to requirements set by BIR, PSA, the Insurance Commission, and PEZ
• Prepare financial reports, including business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
• Supervise daily accounting functions such as general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
