Job summary

The Manila Finance team at ANZ plays a crucial role in safeguarding financial information through accounting, control, and reporting. This permanent, full-time position will deliver timely month-end outputs, support centralised processes, and uphold governance across all activities.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting/finance degree, CA or CPA, and experience in financial services. Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Python is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance and Commerce or equivalent degree.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with experience in Finance services roles.
• Solid working knowledge of financial control within a financial services environment.
• Experience with automation, data analytics, or digital tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accounting and reporting services to support onshore teams with timely financial data.
• Manage end-to-end centralized, country-agnostic processes (journals, reconciliations).
• Develop process expertise while supporting statutory reporting and controls center of excellence functions.
• Ensure quality at source through strong process-level controls.
• Support centralized data sourcing, accounting, and reporting for in-country finance teams.
• Support centralized, standardised processes and controls within the Insto team.
• Deliver timely month-end outputs including registers, schedules, reconciliations, and trial balances.
