• Provide customized financial solutions to help clients achieve short-term and long-term financial goals such as savings, investments, life protection, education funding, retirement planning, and wealth management.
• Assist clients in making informed financial decisions based on their current needs and future plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Expand client network through referrals, prospecting, and business development activities.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
• Attend regular trainings, coaching sessions, and online meetings to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of financial consultants to achieve personal and team targets.
• Monitor team performance and help develop future leaders within the organization.
