You will build trust with individuals, families, and businesses, assess needs, present solutions, and drive sales while delivering after-sales support and policy renewals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain Insurance Commission licenses.
• Proven experience in sales or financial advising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
• Financial Planning – Assess client situations and design tailored strategies.
• Insurance & Investment Solutions – Recommend AXA’s life, health, savings, and investment products.
• Sales Development – Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and bonuses.
• Ongoing Support – Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
