Offer customized solutions in insurance, investments, retirement, and wealth protection.
Drive sales performance and exceed targets.
Client Engagement – Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
Financial Planning – Assess client situations and design tailored strategies.
Insurance & Investment Solutions – Recommend AXA’s life, health, savings, and investment products.
Sales Development – Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and bonuses.
Ongoing Support – Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics preferred).
Proven experience in sales, financial advising, or related fields is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Willingness to obtain and maintain Insurance Commission licenses.
