Job summary

In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals by providing professional guidance on wealth management, financial planning, insurance protection, savings, investments, and retirement planning.

You will build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact on the financial well-being of individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willing to undergo training and obtain the necessary industry license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify clients' financial goals.
• Provide customized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, insurance, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Help clients protect their income, assets, health, and future through AXA's financial products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and consultations.
• Prospect and expand a network of potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and personal networking.
• Attend training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
