Job summary

KMC Solutions in the Philippines seeks a Financial Analyst to analyze financial and operational data, support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. You will partner with leadership to translate data into actionable plans and improve financial performance across the organization.

Responsibilities cover budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and dashboard reporting using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis.
• Experience with startup, SME, multinational, BPO/shared services, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, accounting software, or BI tools is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Prepare financial projections based on plans, assumptions, and historical performance.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast and identify variances.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand drivers behind financial results.
• Provide updates on financial outlook, risks, and management recommendations.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports for leadership review.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, headcount costs, and other indicators.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to present a complete view of performance.
• Translate financial data into insights and recommendations; prepare materials for reviews.
• Perform ad hoc financial and business analyses as required.
