Job summary

A leading staffing firm in Central Luzon is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will analyze financial reports and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with various departments and strong analytical skills. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience with financial analysis and reporting. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
Compile and present detailed management reports, including KPIs.
Monitor and manage cash flow projections to ensure liquidity.
