JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of planning the medium- and long-term plans for the project team
• Organize budget reviews; oversee the project team's overall budget management.
• Encourage the use of performance management for project teams.
• Oversee the group's tracking and early warning of the project team's overall performance assessment indicators, plan the project team's performance appraisal activity, and deconstruct and apply value-added and performance indicators for every department.
• In charge of directing the distribution of resources, creating and carrying out strategies for efficiency enhancement, and carrying out specialized financial analysis.
• Finish any other significant duties that have been approved and delegated by the leaders or the finance supervisor.
