Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Director in building financial models, maintaining databases, and tracking KPI performance. You will work closely with Finance and Capital Markets and collaborate with Investments, Analytics, and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, waterfall modelling, investor reporting, and capital raising support, with long hours during peak periods and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting or related bachelor’s degree from top university required.
• Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous real estate / finance experience through coursework, internship, or previous role required. Strong excel skills are a must.
• Private equity experience strongly desired. Experience with waterfall modelling desired.
• Candidate must be highly analytical, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work long hours when necessary. This is not a 9-5 job.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining financial models (company budget, GP waterfalls, cash forecast, DCF & valuation).
• Maintaining databases (investor reporting, loan management, real estate schedules).
• Transform operational data into usable business dashboards with analytics teams.
• Assist with capital raising and deal due diligence.
• Track and analyze KPIs.

Job Summary

Financial Analyst supports the Finance Director in building financial models, maintaining databases, capital raising, deal diligence, and tracking and analyzing KPI's. Financial Analyst will work primarily with Finance and Capital Markets, but will also work cross departmentally with Investments, Analytics, and Technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining various financial models such as:
  • company budget
  • GP waterfalls
  • promote forecasts
  • cash forecast
  • DCF & valuation model
• Maintaining databases
  • investor reporting
  • loan management platform
  • schedule of real estate
  • contingent liabilities schedule
  • guaranty schedule
• Working with technology and analytics team to transform operational data into usable business strategy dashboards
• Assisting with capital raising
• Deal due diligence
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs
