• Himex Corporation, a leading distributor and service provider of specialized medical imaging equipment in the Philippines, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will support the CFO in delivering critical insights that drive performance, enhance decision-making, and strengthen overall financial strategy.

• The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in management accounting, financial planning, and enterprise valuation, with strong financial modeling capabilities. A CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred, along with relevant industry experience in healthcare, distribution, or capital-intensive sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide robust financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to help drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and investment analysis.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and modeling to inform key financial decisions.
• Partner with department heads (Sales, Technical Services, Operations) to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support fund raising activities and engage with Potential investors for financial planning and strategic alignment.
• Prepare and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, including capital investment projects.
• Support enterprise valuation and due diligence processes for potential growth opportunities.
• Analyze cost structures, pricing models, and financial impact of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular insights to senior management.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting in support of business objectives.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
• Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial strategy.
• Experience in enterprise valuation and financial due diligence is a strong advantage.
• Preferably with experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, or capital equipment industry.
• Proficient in Excel and other financial analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
