You will analyze financial and operational data, build financial models, and provide insights to drive strategic planning and growth. The role involves forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with Accounting and business units to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a business-related course; CPA licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with Accounting and other business units to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, financial controls, and operational efficiency.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports to support management and business requirements.
