Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance-related preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid Insurance Commission (IC) license.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Build and expand a client base through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Financial Needs Analysis: Assess client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation to design tailored plans.
• Solution Design: Recommend AXA’s life insurance, health, and investment products to meet client needs.
• Portfolio Management: Conduct regular reviews to ensure plans remain relevant and effective.
• Compliance: Adhere to Insurance Commission regulations and AXA’s ethical standards.
• Professional Development: Complete training, licensing, and continuous learning programs.
