Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Advisor role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Makati with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial plans, explaining policy and product options, monitoring client portfolios, and conducting regular reviews to keep strategies aligned with client needs. The role also involves prospecting and building a client base, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current with financial markets, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and develop tailored strategies.


• Knowledge of Finance and Investments to guide clients on wealth-building and risk management options.


• Expertise in Retirement Planning to support long-term security and income planning for clients.


• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
