Job summary

BDO Life is seeking energetic individuals in Calamba, Laguna to join our Life Sales Team. You will provide financial planning services to BDO clients using BDO Life insurance plans.

The role rewards a customer-focused, empathetic communicator with at least one year in sales or customer service, a Bachelor's degree, and a drive to improve family financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course is required.
• At least 1 year experience in sales/marketing or customer service related fields (hotel, food & beverage, BPO, airlines, telecommunications, etc) is an advantage.
• A positive aura and ability to express thoughts effectively and efficiently.
• A deep sense of empathy towards others (malasakit).
• Strong motivation to improve your family's lifestyle.
