Job summary

ALN Group of Companies in Metro Manila, Pasig invites applications for an Accountant to record financial transactions, maintain accurate records and support monthly close. You will prepare and reconcile balance sheets and income statements in line with accounting standards and ensure tidy GL and bank reconciliations.

You'll assist with month-end and year-end closing, provide documentation for audits, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and collaborate with team members to deliver

Responsibilities

• Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Preparing and reconciling balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Supporting the audit process with documentation and explanations of entries and balances.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, policies, and controls.
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Collaborating with team members to provide timely and accurate financial information.
