Finance Systems Solution Lead – Oracle ERP Cloud

Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, to report to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. You will partner with GTS and Finance users to translate challenges into future‑state requirements and designs within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, focusing on R2R across O2C, P2P and EPM as needed.

You will lead change requests, coordinate testing activities, and work with external partners to deliver integrations, data migrations and quarterly upgrades while driving

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications and integrations.
• Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including R2R.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax; Receivables/Payables preferred.
• Experience with change lifecycle: configuration, SIT, UAT, releases and support.
• Ability to produce functional designs, process docs, user guides and training materials.
• Ability to analyse impacts of changes on processes, data, integrations and controls.
• Strong partner/Stakeholder management and solution options communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to document current and target processes and fit-gap analyses.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations and implementation plans.
• Assess impact, risk, dependencies and priorities across finance processes and data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, test results and business approvals.
• Work with Oracle Support, implementation partners and Finance teams on integrations and upgrades.
• Drive adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for R2R processes.
