Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila seeks an experienced SAP FICO professional to support daily accounting processes and localization for a SAP S/4HANA rollout. The role covers GL, AR, AP, and MM modules with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvements.

You will collaborate with local business units, ensure compliance, and contribute to future SAP knowledge sharing and documentation across the plant region.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years work-related experience.
• SAP expert in General Ledger (FICO); knowledgeable in AR, AP, MM.
• Complex accounting resolution skills.
• Knowledgeable in Segregation of Duties.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Daily support: provide close and ad-hoc assistance to daily business questions and process improvements in own department.
• Supports approved business integration rollout projects.
• Ensure fit for the future: LKUs are critical to the SAP S/4HANA rollout in their location.
• Meet local upgrade needs: support testing on localization and validation for SAP Upgrades, legal and technical enhancements.
• Drive efficiency: local quick-win ideas and simple process improvements can be driven by LKUs.
• Expert liaisons: know local business needs and translate into change requests for IT support.
• Multipliers of quality: capable as trainers and knowledge carriers for SAP processes.
• Reinforce current SAP system expertise by closing knowledge gaps.
• Build up knowledge and prepare the plants for future SAP system.
• Dedicated support structure to ensure SAP LKUs knowledge level is maintained.
• Create and maintain local SAP documentation database to optimize training process and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage evergreen learning to adopt best practices and tips in plants.
• Work with the Business user/leads/SME.
