The role emphasizes month-end close, reconciliations, project accounting analysis and forecasting support in a global delivery center setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of general accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills for explaining concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Post General Ledger journals (accruals, deferrals, adjustments, cross charges and allocations).
• Ensure month-end deadlines are met with accuracy.
• Prepare/review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and related reports.
• Conduct financial analysis on project accounting and performance.
• Lead monthly business reviews with unit leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ad hoc requests.
• Support forecasting activities (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Review audits and implement process and control improvements.
