Job summary

GHD Philippines is seeking a Finance Services Analyst to provide proactive support to the FS team, completing accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.

You'll handle accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting, while collaborating with colleagues and external auditors. A degree in Accountancy and 2–3 years in shared services are preferred, with ERP experience in SAP or Oracle and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting shared services environment.
• ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Services tasks per duty statements.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Assist reporting and balance sheet analysis as required.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and team support.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends.
