VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Finance Analyst to handle general accounting tasks and general ledger processing, including incentive payments and vendor/employee payments. The role involves daily journal vouchers and intercompany monitoring to ensure correct recording across P&L and balance sheet accounts.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting and experience as a Finance Analyst, preferably in a professional services environment or a BPO. CPA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting-related bachelor’s degrees.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Work experience as a Finance Analyst in a professional services environment, preferably in a BPO company.

Responsabilités

• Process incentive requests.
• Process payments to vendors and employees.
• Prepare journal vouchers for recording accruals, reversals, prepayments & amortizations, and cash advance liquidations on a daily and monthly basis.
• Monitor intercompany transactions.
• Assist in ensuring transactions are recorded in the correct P&L and balance sheet accounts, business units, locations, and client/projects codes.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports and variance analyses.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed by top management; and
• Assist in providing schedules and retrieving documents needed during audit periods.

Formation

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting-related bachelor’s degrees
