Job summary

Teradyne Philippines, Ltd. - Cebu seeks a detailed-oriented Project Coordinator/Analyst with a Finance background.

You will manage budgets across Engineering projects, perform financial data entry, lead projections and reconciliations, and support management reporting in a dynamic tech environment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations, leveraging Excel expertise and ERP experience, while adapting to a fast-paced work setting and night shifts aligning with Pacific

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Must communicate effectively with cross functional teams regarding financial updates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excel expertise with Pivot Tables and scripting is a plus.
Experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
Experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Financial Data Entry and Analysis: track budgets for Engineering projects, monitor labor/materials, update budgets.
Lead projections and reconciliations for Purchase/NRE/Capital and related reports.
Management Reporting: prepare aggregate financial reports and periodic management reviews.
Collaboration and Communication: work with team members to ensure smooth finance operations and effective stakeholder communication.
Budgeting and Forecasting: assist in budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis.
Ad hoc Projects / Work: contribute to special projects and support various finance initiatives.
