Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Process Excellence Analyst - Finance in Manila to support process improvement across B2R, P2P, and O2C. You will focus on KPI management, data analysis, and automation to raise efficiency and standardization in the GBS environment.

The role collaborates with Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver projects, monitor controls, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services, or a similar environment.
• Experience in Finance processes such as B2R, P2P, or O2C.
• Background in process improvement, analytics, reporting, or transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, RPA tools, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• CPA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring for Finance processes.
• Analyze process data and performance trends to identify issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support and deliver continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor process quality, error rates, SOP compliance, and internal controls.
• Support audit readiness, documentation, and standardization of Finance processes.
• Identify and support automation opportunities using Power Automate, RPA, and other digital tools.
• Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to improve cost, quality, and cycle time.
• Prepare project updates, performance reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Support the GBS Transformation Manager in portfolio tracking, governance, and stakeholder management.
