Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance or any related course.
• MBA or related post-graduate degree and relevant trainings.
• Minimum of 5 years related managerial experience.
• Knowledge in investment and financial products including trusts, stocks, bonds, and shares.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and controls activities of Fund and Investment Management Department
• Ensures collections are deposited in company's bank accounts
• Ensures disbursements are fully-funded
• Manages petty cash fund of PSMBFI
• Analyzes financial records to forecast cash flow
• Provides cost-effective and profitable management of capital resources
• Reviews and recommends on bank proposals related to cash management
• Identifies investment strategies based on management direction
• Recommends investment options through proper channels
• Oversees budgeting for the department
