Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage the finance team to achieve department objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategy with overall company goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement improvements when necessary.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in local finance processes.
  • Experience with SOX Compliance & Audit Processes is a plus
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial reports and strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (Experience with Netsuite).
