Job Description
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage the finance team to achieve department objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategy with overall company goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement improvements when necessary.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong experience in local finance processes.
- Experience with SOX Compliance & Audit Processes is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial reports and strategies.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (Experience with Netsuite).
