Job summary

Global Payments in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Manager to provide financial leadership and technical expertise across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.

As an individual contributor, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations, strengthen internal controls, and guide SOX compliance while driving efficiency. You will collaborate with leaders, develop models and dashboards, and support strategic and operational decisions to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, accounting, and financial performance management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape financial plans and forecasts with forward-looking analysis across performance drivers.
• Influence strategic decisions by translating P&L results and market trends into actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen controls, explain variances, and improve revenue and cost performance.
