Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is inviting applications for a Finance Intern to support the Finance and Accounting team in Makati. You will assist with daily operational tasks and gain exposure to global colleagues.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting, possess Excel skills, and demonstrate reliability, organization, and attention to detail. Available for 500 internship hours and Monday–Friday hours in Makati are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Independent, responsible and honest.
• Knowledge of Excel and financial formulas.
• Solid data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Invoice scanning and renaming invoices.
• Sending invoice soft copies to customers.
• Sending hard copy invoices to customers.
• Sending two-week payment reminder emails.
• Document filing and record management.
