You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, project financing, and compliance, while leading a high-performing finance team to support growth and sustainability in our development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required or highly desirable.
• Minimum 8 years in finance with 5+ years in leadership within real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations and strategic planning.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations, and project financing.
• Oversee MIS, financial systems, and data analytics for decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
