What You Will Lead
Strategic & High-Impact Finance Leadership
  • Act as the chief steward of financial health, ensuring long-term stability and growth.

  • Provide financial insights and executive guidance to the President and EVP.

  • Develop strategies that directly influence profitability, cash flow, and business expansion.

Funds Management & Capital Planning
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure continuous liquidity.

  • Maintain optimal capital structure and secure funding for operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timely settlement of payables and government remittances.

Budgeting & Financial Planning Excellence
  • Lead annual budget formulation across all departments.

  • Drive cost-control initiatives and financial discipline.

  • Produce high-quality financial reports for senior leadership reviews.

Financial Analysis & Business Intelligence
  • Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Recommend cost-efficiency measures and margin improvement strategies.

  • Support major business decisions through data-driven insights.

Cost Accounting & Internal Controls
  • Oversee accurate expense classification and payroll allocation.

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Champion financial integrity across the organization.

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations.

  • Implement best practices in financial governance.

Accounting Operations Leadership
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and treasury.

  • Manage monthly and annual closing, reconciliations, and P&L submissions.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial statements.

Collaborative Leadership & People Development
  • Mentor and empower the finance team (AP, Treasury, GL).

  • Work closely with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.

  • Build a high-performance finance organization anchored on efficiency and accountability.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Professional Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related fields.

  • CPA license is preferred and highly advantageous.

Experience
  • 5–10 years of relevant financial management experience.

  • Proven leadership experience handling full finance and accounting operations.

  • Strong exposure to budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  • High proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
