Act as the chief steward of financial health, ensuring long-term stability and growth.
Provide financial insights and executive guidance to the President and EVP.
Develop strategies that directly influence profitability, cash flow, and business expansion.
Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure continuous liquidity.
Maintain optimal capital structure and secure funding for operational and strategic initiatives.
Ensure 100% accuracy and timely settlement of payables and government remittances.
Lead annual budget formulation across all departments.
Drive cost-control initiatives and financial discipline.
Produce high-quality financial reports for senior leadership reviews.
Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities.
Recommend cost-efficiency measures and margin improvement strategies.
Support major business decisions through data-driven insights.
Oversee accurate expense classification and payroll allocation.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Champion financial integrity across the organization.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations.
Implement best practices in financial governance.
Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and treasury.
Manage monthly and annual closing, reconciliations, and P&L submissions.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial statements.
Mentor and empower the finance team (AP, Treasury, GL).
Work closely with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
Build a high-performance finance organization anchored on efficiency and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related fields.
CPA license is preferred and highly advantageous.
5–10 years of relevant financial management experience.
Proven leadership experience handling full finance and accounting operations.
Strong exposure to budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and compliance.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
High proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
Integrity-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-pressure deadlines.
