About The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Head who can take full ownership of finance, accounting, and reporting functions across our regional entities (Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand). This role works closely with the CEO and plays a key part in shaping business strategies, ensuring financial health, and leading the finance team toward operational excellence.

What Youll Do
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for consolidation purposes.
  • Consolidate monthly and annual financial reports for the FlowerStore group of accounts (Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand).
  • Effectively budget and ensure sufficient funding of all available markets. Prepare weekly financial KPI report for management and investors reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and efficient use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Respond to inquiries of CEO regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  • Coach and advise new and existing staff as needed to help personal and professional growth while maintaining steady improvement of learning curve.
  • Work alongside CEO to help come up with ways to meet targets in terms of sales, production efficiency and financial results.
  • Represent the group and manage the following stakeholder relations: auditors, customers and partners (e.g., suppliers, banks, finance team).
  • Perform general and detailed review on the reports relating to collections, expenses, cash movements and financial statement related reports.
  • Coordinate with the other department heads on a timely basis in cases where issues are identified.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Proven experience in Finance or Accounting leadership roles.
  • Strong background in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
