• 5+ years of implementation experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Must have experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
• Must have experience in Business Analysis and Functional Design.
• Knowledge and experience in using Power Platform and/or other MS Dynamics products are a great plus

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Finance Functional Consultant takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic cost reduction, enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation. Finance Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients’ varied business needs in both the private and public sector, and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and Innovation performance. • Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for junior members.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to his teams’ knowledge and experiences.
• Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match the solution design specifications.
• Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work.
• Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Requests
  • Change Management.
• Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer. Manage development designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.
• Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Finance/Accounting, Business or Technology related BA/BS
• 6+ years MS Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
• Clear and concise oral and written Communication
• Ability to lead people, teams and Projects
• Understanding of aspects in business management and strategic evaluation
• Should not be a job hopper who only stays for less than a year per company
• Must not be a present or former employee of CGI

Nice to have but not required:

• Has knowledge and experience in using Power Platform and/or other MS Dynamics products
