Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a S/4HANA Finance Consultant to design detailed blueprints for development requirements and provide business support across SAP modules, with a focus on ECC migration to SAP S/4HANA.

You will configure and enable areas such as General Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and more, while coordinating delta designs and testing. Travel for onshore requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• 2+ years of SAP ERP finance consultancy experience.
• Understanding end-to-end record-to-report processes.
• Needs awareness of FI/CO integration with other SAP modules.
• Willing to travel for onshore requirements.
• Upskilling for S/4HANA conversions will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, especially S/4HANA conversions.
• Assess gaps in current processes and configuration for delta design.
• Develop functional/technical specs for delta design and tools supporting S/4HANA conversion.
• Perform system configuration to enable S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution during conversions.

As a S/4HANA Finance Consultant, You Will Be The Part Of Our Team Of Experts Responsible For Creating a Detailed Blueprint For The Development Requirements Of S/4HANA, And For Providing Business And Functional Support Around SAP Modules, Particularly For ECC Migration Or Conversion From Legacy SAP Systems To SAP S/4HANA. You Will Also Be In Charge Of The Configuration And Functions For Any Of The Following Areas:

• General Accounting
• Controlling
• Product Costing
• Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Financial Supply Chain Management
• Treasury & Banking
• Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Execute the necessary system configuration to enable to SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA conversions.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• 2+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report
• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.).
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
• ECC Practitioners will be given upskilling training, to be job ready for S/4HANA implementations
• Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements
