Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and review financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in timely processing of reimbursements, cash advances, liquidations and other payable-related transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities.
• Perform other accounts payable and finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies when needed.
