Job summary

Air Gate Media Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Holdings Corp, is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its finance team in the Philippines. The role focuses on billing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.

The successful candidate will have BS Accountancy and 1–3 years of experience in tax, budgeting, AR/AP and general accounting, with hands-on SAP or similar accounting software. This position requires analytical rigor and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• 1-3 years' experience in tax, budgeting, accounts receivables/payables and general accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to details.
• Experience in SAP or any accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares billings and invoices.
• Ensures timely printing and transmittal of billings to clients.
• Performs intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepares journal entries for the assigned business unit.
• Monthly preparation and analysis of account schedules.
• Ensures proper accounting and timely closing of books.
• Reviews key balance sheet accounts and resolves issues promptly.
• Assists in audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
• Handles BIR transactions and assists in ad hoc tasks.
