Job Vacancy Phil is hiring a Finance and Administration Manager in Cubao, Quezon City. The role leads the Finance and Office Administration teams and ensures robust financial controls, timely reporting, and compliant operations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 3–5 years of finance/administration experience, including 2+ years in management. PowerBI and Xero experience preferred; 48-hour compressed work week with 2 rest days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in finance/administration, with 2+ years in management.
• Knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, tax regulations, and governance.
• Leadership skills demonstrated in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance team in managing the company’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and general ledger functions.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise the Office Administration team and oversee procurement, vendor management, facilities, and records management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in all office operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to Finance and Administration team members; drive process improvements.
