The need to support the Finance and Supply Chain Group's (FSC) projects and ad-hoc activities is more pressing than ever, as the evolving and expanding mission and vision of AF Payments Inc. (AFPI) demands an extra hand or two! If you are an efficient worker looking for a project-based employment opportunity and interested in understanding how accounting works to contribute to AFPI's nation-building efforts, this might be for you!

The Project-based Finance Admin Assistant will work on the Accounting Department's projects to organize files and records and assist in regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in document safekeeping and record filing
  • Support bookkeeping tasks
  • Help provide audit requirements for regulatory and statutory purposes
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Accounting Department's projects and activities
  • Address inquiries from employees regarding accounting activities and projects
  • Participate actively in the administrative aspects of all accounting projects
  • Liaise with different stakeholders within the department
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors involved with the department's activities
  • Support projects across various departments within the FSC Group according to project milestones
