GeniusMakers Inc. in Cavite invites applications for a Finance and Accounting Coordinator who will support the Finance and Accounting Supervisor in daily financial operations across departments. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, proper documentation, and timely processing of transactions to maintain compliance and support business decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Proficient with Excel and financial tools.

Responsibilities

Process and record financial transactions (collections, remittances, disbursements).
Monitor remittances, revenue, and daily cash flow.
Prepare and consolidate financial reports and documentation.
Track budgets and ensure expenses align with approved limits.
Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Coordinate with internal teams on financial matters and requirements.
