Job summary

TOJ Food Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician with an active professional driver’s license and own motorcycle to travel across TOJ stores in Laguna, Cavite, NCR, and the San Pedro Commissary for routine inspections and repairs. The role requires hands-on skills with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil works maintenance.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience and NC II certification will be preferred. Willingness to travel and use of hand/power tools are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• NC II Certification is an advantage.
• Willing and able to travel to TOJ stores located in Laguna, Cavite, and NCR, as well as the Commissary in San Pedro, Laguna.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of branches to identify and coordinate maintenance and repair requirements, including: Air-conditioning systems, Plumbing, Civil works, Electrical wiring and systems, Equipment such as chillers, freezers, walk-in freezer, refrigerators, and other related units.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
