Job summary

The position is responsible for repairing and maintaining copier machines deployed at client sites, ensuring they operate at acceptable performance levels as defined by the Customer Service Level Agreement. Provides technical support to the sales team during product demonstrations and may assist with other duties to help meet company goals. Experience with office machines, especially laser printers, is a plus.

Work location is BRGY. SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY.

Job Summary

The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients: Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in their acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards. Provides technical support to the sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company. Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines, especially laser printers is a plus.
