Job summary

Philcopy Corporation is seeking engineering graduates or IT-related professionals to join our field service team in Tagum City, Davao Del Norte. You will troubleshoot client equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver user training and demonstrations as needed.

The role requires willingness to travel/field work, good interpersonal skills, and a valid motorcycle license. Training and health benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates (BSECE or BSCoE) or any IT related course.
• With experience but fresh graduates may apply.
• With knowledge in computer hardware, basic software and networking.
• Willing to do field work and undergo training.
• With good interpersonal skills.
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle & with Professional Driver's license.
• Willing to work at Tagum City, Davao Del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient functioning of office equipment of clients by conducting troubleshooting.
• Conducts preventive maintenance as needed.
• Provides user-training and technical demonstration to client or end-user if deemed necessary.
