Responsibilities

• Does client visit based on the monthly coverage plan to ensure that the machine are working efficiently.
• Checks the Accounts inventory and stocks availability, and informs the concerned Accounts Specialist.
• Attends to Accounts machine Service Report and concerns.
• Monitors machine performance during Demo Sampling.
• Validates Accounts status onsite (Unproductive and Accounts with No order).
• Helps Logistics for urgent deliveries.
• Collection support on billings.
