Job summary

Equilast Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Person in the Philippines to promote and sell its products, build relationships, and achieve targets. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth orders and delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is customer-oriented, and able to work independently; field visits and meeting targets are expected. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate; college level/college graduate is an advantage.
• With or without sales experience; experience in sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven.
• Can work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and can work well as part of a team.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with customers and handle after-sales concerns.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer accounts.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
