Job summary

GoodGuys Philippines is seeking an energetic representative to bring NGO campaigns to life through face-to-face field campaigns, pop-up events and community activations across Metro Manila and other Mindanao/Visayas locations.

You will educate the public on social causes, recruit supporters and donors onsite, assist in event execution, and collaborate with a driven team through training sessions and regular workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 100% willingness to travel and work on-site across different field locations in Metro Manila and outside Visayas and Mindanao.
• Strong English and Tagalog communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct engagement with the public during face-to-face field campaigns, pop-up events and community activations across assigned locations in Metro Manila and other parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
• Act as the primary face of NGO initiatives, educating people on social causes, environmental programs and community projects.

About The Job

What You’ll Be Doing

• Direct Engagement: Interact directly with the public during face-to-face field campaigns, pop-up events and community activations across assigned locations in Metro Manila and Other parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
• Campaign Representation: Act as the primary face of the top NGO initiatives, educating people on critical social causes, environmental programs and community projects.
• Donor Acquisition: Turn everyday conversations into long-term commitment by signing up supporters and donors onsite.
• Event Execution: Assist in running, managing pop-up booths and promotional spaces.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in regular sessions, training, and skill-building workshops.

How Your Success Is Measured (KPIs)

• Achieving daily and weekly targets for supporter registrations or contributions.
• Consistently participating in scheduled pop-up activations and event shifts.
• Maintaining high standards of campaign presentation and client brand representation.
