Key Qualifications

Required Skills & Technical Scope

• Tower Operations: Proficient in tower climbing, rigging operations, structural inspection, and high-angle rescue procedures.

• Equipment Installation: Hands-on experience installing 4G/5G hardware, Remote Radio Units (RRU), Microwave systems, Free Space Optics (FSO), and Wi-Fi networks.

• Cabling & Management: Direct experience with Fiber Optic and RF cable management, routing, and termination standards.

• Safety & Tools: Competent in operating chain hoists, heavy lifting gear, specialized tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) with strict adherence to high-altitude safety protocols.
