Job summary

Entech Philippines is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and General Management to ensure smooth field service operations. You will oversee IPM audits, training, and ongoing supervision of technicians while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring field performance, maintaining equipment and materials, and ensuring timely, high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

With at least 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using pest control equipment and software for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with Accounts Coordinator, Operations Manager, and General Manager to ensure field operations run smoothly.
Conduct random IPM audits and prepare corresponding reports.
Ensure field service technicians are trained and equipped to carry out duties.
Monitors field operations and makes necessary adjustments to meet targets.
Provide clients with timely and commendable service.
Chemicals and other materials used are well accounted for.
Maintain pest control service equipment and vehicles.
Ensure observations on quality of service, use of chemicals, equipment, and documentation are compliant with processes.
Investigate incidents and accidents in the field and take corrective action.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
