Job summary

Verdetech Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a reliable Messenger / Liaison Staff in Quezon City to manage document deliveries, errands, and coordination with government offices, clients, and suppliers. Sampling experience is preferred but not required.

The role involves fieldwork, sample collection support, and ensuring proper handling of samples for the laboratory, with travel to various locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate is an advantage.
• With sampling experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Messenger, Liaison Staff, Field Staff, Utility, or similar position is an advantage.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and sample collection.
• Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to different locations for work-related transactions.
• Familiarity with Quezon City and nearby areas is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up company documents, permits, letters, samples, and other materials.
• Conduct transactions and follow-ups with government offices, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Assist in submitting and processing company documents and requirements.
• Assist in sample collection and handling when required.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and delivery of samples to the laboratory.
• Coordinate with laboratory personnel regarding sample collection and submission.
• Perform routine company errands and field-related tasks.
• Maintain proper records of documents and samples delivered, received, or submitted.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of important documents, samples, and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
