INGCO PH Traders Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support store presentation activities, merchandising, and event installations across assigned locations.

The role focuses on maintaining organized product displays, assisting in promotional setups, and ensuring that store and promotional setups are completed efficiently and according to company standards, with field coordination and travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course or Bachelor’s Degree program.
• Background in merchandising, retail display coordination, visual setup, or event support is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct regular field assignments and visit multiple store locations when necessary.
• Familiar with handling retail setups, promotional materials, and product presentation activities.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools such as Google Docs and Sheets.
• Able to coordinate effectively with store personnel, operations staff, suppliers, and event teams.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of display arrangement and visual presentation standards.
• Physically capable of assisting in installation, setup, and movement of promotional materials.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to begin work immediately.
